Somatic Sound Therapy
This is a private session that uses Tibetan sound bowls on and around the body. The bowls healing vibrations penetrate deeply into the cells, tissues, and energy centers of the body helping to release tension, clear blockages, restore harmony, and promote a sense of calmness and well-being.
Sound Bath
A symphony of instruments and tuning forks are played to create beautiful sounds and healing vibrations that assist in reducing tension and stress. These therapeutic notes and frequencies restore harmony, energy, and balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
Chakra Balancing Sound Healing
Tuning forks and chakra gemstones are used to cleanse, clear, and balance each of the seven main energy centers, as well as, the earth star, soul star, and higher heart chakras. The tuning forks are used around and directly on the body for a complete therapeutic experience with the additional benefit of a light massage from the healing vibrations.
Yoga & Sound
A blend of sound healing and restorative yoga. The gentle postures in this style of yoga are accessible for every body. The poses move up through each of the seven main chakras while the body is supported by props. Tuning forks are used on energy points to enhance the body’s ability to release and let go. In addition, enjoy the healing frequencies of various sound instruments to further relax and sink into every posture.
